Our Role

ReelsVideo is a frontend that helps users access publicly available Instagram content through third-party download providers. We do not host, store, cache, or modify any Instagram media on our servers. All content remains on Instagram's CDN at the source URL provided by the user.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content accessed via ReelsVideo infringes your copyright, please email dmca@reelsvideo.in with the following:

• Your full legal name, address and contact details
• The exact Instagram URL of the allegedly infringing content
• A description of the copyrighted work and proof of ownership
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

What Happens Next

We review every notice within 48 hours. Because we don't host the content, the most we can do is block the source URL from being routed through our tool. The original media will still exist on Instagram until the rights holder also files a takedown with Meta — which is the only effective way to remove it from the web.

Counter-Notice

If you believe a takedown was filed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with your contact details, the URL that was blocked, and a statement of good-faith belief that the takedown was wrong.

Repeat Infringement

We block source URLs and user IPs that repeatedly facilitate access to infringing material, in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
